Do prices include VAT?

Prices include Spanish VAT and are shown in euros for Europe and in dollars for the rest of the world. In all purchases from countries outside the European Union or exempt territories, prices will be shown without VAT. The expenses of customs, taxes or tariffs in their destination will be charged to the buyer.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Yes. It is necessary. In this way, you can enjoy the benefits of our promotions, raffles, shopping history, order tracking and much more, only available to registered customers.

You can see the entire store as a guest, but you can’t make any purchases.

Is it safe to use my credit card online with MalamarShop?

Yes. We only use banks that work with 3D Secure technology and offer technology and anti fraud servers. Your payments will be made by the virtual TPVs of each entity. MalamaShop will never ask for your card number. Do not trust if someone does it in our name.

Is my personal information kept private?

Yes. Your personal data is safe and secure. We scrupulously comply with the Personal Data Protection Law and do not rent or sell our data to third parties, companies or entities of any kind.

What payment methods do MalamarShop accept?

We accept PAYPAL, credit cards and advanced transfers.

How do I make a purchase?

Too easy. Select the product you want and press add to the basket. Keep adding products, edit your order or go through the box. Here you can buy with your user account and select the type of shipping and payment system. When your purchase ends successfully, you will receive a confirmation email and you will see our order confirmation page.

Can I order over the telephone?

Sorry but you can’t. All our orders are made online. For everything else, do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I add items to existing orders?

Yes, but only if your order has not yet been sent. Contact us and we will inform you about the status of your order. In case it is not possible, you must make a new order.

I want a product that has no stock, can I buy it?

If the purchase button is enabled, you can buy it. In the lower part of the product the expected delivery time is indicated. If the purchase button is deactivated, it means that there is no expected availability of the product and we do not accept orders. We make all our efforts to have the maximum number of articles in permanent stock, but sometimes we work with some items on request.

DELIVERY, RETURNS AND WARRANTIES

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Once we have sent the order, we will inform you by e-mail of the tracking number. Visit shipment tracking to see the status of your order.

Can I change my shipping address once you have sent it to me?

No, we're sorry. Once the transport agencies pick up the packages, it is no longer possible to modify the shipping addresses.

What happens if I make a mistake with my order?

Nothing. You can return it to us. Contact us and we will tell you how to proceed.

Can I return something if I do not like it or I'm not satisfied?

How will I know that you have received my return?

In your account you will see that the return status appears in your history. If not, contact us to know the status of your return.

When will you return the money?

Once we receive the return and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to the payment as quickly as possible.
