HOW DO I ASK FOR A WARRANTY?
Send us an e-mail to email@example.com or contact us by phone to explain the problem of the product along with your customer data. If you have the invoice, tell us the number but if you do not have it, do not worry, we will look for it for you. We will indicate in each case and personally how you have to proceed. Our main objective will always be your absolute satisfaction.
The guarantees only cover the corresponding products and shipping costs. In no case do they cover the expenses of incidents derived from a failure thereof.
Example: Due to a defect in my sextant I have appeared in Brazil instead of Mallorca. Who pays me the return to Mallorca and the mooring in Rio?
